Dr. Joseph Wise

Executive Chairman

Dr. Joseph Wise is the Executive Chair of KAITLab. 40-year veteran in K-12 education. Former large urban school superintendent. Former Fortune- 10 executive. Serial entrepreneur with multiple successful exits, including Acceleration Academies (transacted in Fall of 2024).

Dr. Joseph Davis

President and Chief Mathematics and AI Learning Officer

Dr. Joseph Davis is the President and Chief Mathematics and AI Learning Officer at KAITLab. He is a 30-year education leader, district turnaround strategist, and former Superintendent (2015–2025). Dr. Davis is a proven expert in systemwide mathematics coherence and K–12 instructional redesign. He has co-founded nationally recognized STEAM schools and led large-scale improvement efforts that bridge early number sense with advanced secondary math pathways.
